This wine was great out of the 2020 vintage but the 2021 is outshining the previous vintage. The acidity is racy and the fruit flavours are more defined. A very classic Sauvignon Blanc with roundness and personality. This fresh tropical white wine starts with aromas of stone fruit, white peaches, grapefruit, and hints of passionfruit, then followed by a mild
